Zaptec is a Norwegian charger manufacturer building for the European grid as it actually is: a shared connection, a main fuse you would rather not trip, and a building that gains a second charger next year. STAQS stocks the Go 2 for homes and the Pro for shared parking, with the Sense meters and the accessories that finish the job.
Load balancing is built in
The charger spreads the available power across the connection itself and follows what the building is using at that moment. No separate box, no second subscription.
One phase or three, one charger
The Go 2 charges up to 22 kW and works on a single-phase or a three-phase connection. One fewer decision on the quote and one fewer article in the van.

The Pro is made for shared parking: chargers that share the power between them, bill per user, and can be added to later without rebuilding the installation.
Zaptec Go 2: for the home
A compact charger with a Type 2 socket and up to 22 kW. It spreads the available power automatically and adapts to the connection of the house, so an upgrade is rarely needed. Control, access and consumption run through the Zaptec app, including smart charging when power is cheap. Available with a socket or with a fixed cable of five or seven and a half metres.
Zaptec Sense: measuring the supply
Load balancing only works if the charger knows what the rest of the building is drawing, which is what the Sense meters are for. There is a P1 version that reads the Dutch and Belgian smart meter, and bundles with an energy meter for one or three phases, up to 65, 150 or 600 amps. Which one you need follows from the main connection, not from the charger.
Zaptec Pro: shared parking
For an owners association, an office or a car park: chargers that share the available power between them and record per user what was charged. Extending means hanging another charger, not redesigning the installation. The backplate and cover plate are in the range, so a charger can be swapped without disturbing the cabling.
